About Patton, MO - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Patton is a small Missouri community in Bollinger County.  It is a census designated place, or CDP, which means that it’s not technically a town.  The rural atmosphere and hometown friendly residents make it a very nice place to live, work and play.  Seasonal weather means that the weather is warm and pretty in the spring and summer and cold in the winter.  However, the weather is generally mild, so every season is enjoyable for citizens and visitors.

Patton is part of the Union Township, which also contains Alliance, Hurricane, North Patton, & Patton Junction. None of the communities are incorporated.  Due to the fact that the area is largely unsettled, there are some beautiful and untouched wildlife areas. One of those is Amidon Memorial Conservation Area, which contains campgrounds and trails that allow visitors to explore the many ponds, rivers, streams, rock formations and other natural wonders within the nature preserve. Little Water Conservation Area is another well-maintained and stunning park area.  The conservation area contains trails, bird watching opportunities and campgrounds.  Hunting is also allowed on the grounds.  One or both of these parks would be great day trips or weekend camping vacations for a family looking for some wholesome fun in the spring, summer or fall.  The winter might be a bit cold, however.

This part of the country has many religious residents who spend a great deal of time involved in their churches.  The local worship centers hold many festivals, events and other activities. There are outdoor picnics in the spring and summer and indoor dinners and meetings in the winter, as well as regular services, charities in which to get involved and more. These types of activities provide fellowship and community for the people of Patton. A prime example is Little Whitewater Baptist Church.  Programs, projects and activities at the church include: a food pantry to aid the hungry, WMU, TeamKids, Sunday school and Children’s Church each Sunday, Children in Action (CIA).  They also hold a Vacation Bible School in the summer.  Founded in 1878, the church is a fixture in Patton.
