About Olive Branch, IL - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Olive Branch, Illinois is a small census designated place (CDP) in Southeastern Illinois with just under 90 residents.  This part of Illinois is quiet and characteristically family-friendly; with many churches, parks and municipal events.  Oliver Branch is no exception to that Midwestern small town ideal.  The weather is warm in the spring and summer, cold in the winter and you can watch the leaves fall in autumn.  This makes it the perfect home for those who love to watch the seasons change.  However, the weather is typically moderate and mild.   That means that it is rarely excessively cold or insufferably hot.

Simple, homey diners like are often the hot spots of towns like these and, though they may not serve the fanciest or finest dining, they are lovely in their homey feel.  Kozy Korner Grill serves delicious All-American homemade, straight from Grandma’s kitchen, food that will warm you up on a cold, wintery day. It is certainly nothing upscale but it is just what you expect from small town dining, and well-loved by locals. Daily specials and a wide variety of tasty options like lasagna, fried chicken and country fried steak are the kinds of foods that will stick to your ribs and satisfy even the heftiest appetites.

Looking for a great way to spend a Sunday?  Eat a delightful meal at Kozy Korner, then just walk across the road to attend church at Trinity Assembly of God.  It is a small and welcoming congregation who worship in a lovely brick church on State Hwy 3, just across from the Kozy Korner.   This area is very family-oriented and most people are churchgoers who take their faith quite seriously.  Members spend the wintery days before Christmas warm in the sanctuaries of their places of worship and the warm springs and summers outdoors for cookouts, picnics, carnivals and more.
